Schools that have PM Kindergarten programs must be finished by 1:30pm.  You can opt to pay for a 6th program at $400 or Childhood Victories will give you complimentary access to the online curriculum on a date you specify to facilitate programming for the PM Kindergarten.

For many teachers and social workers, teaching a delicate topic like SEXUAL ABUSE is uncomfortable! The Be Seen and Heard© pre-K to 8th grade curriculum was designed from a sexual abuse survivor's perspective with one goal - to work with you to confidently teach sexual abuse prevention and education to your students.
 
Erin's Law is a very important and necessary law that has been created to help students stay safe and have the courage to speak up.

Your staff or counselor become the facilitator of this online curriculum.  Access for one school year and parent “Peace of Mind” video link will be provided.

Be Seen and Heard© for Students with Special Needs

Victor Pacini has collaborated with social worker, Natalie Shamie LCSW, MSW, and special education teacher, Marcy Rossi M.A.Ed Special Education and NBPTS. Be Seen and Heard© for Students with Special Needs is a multi-module program that uses simplified and adapted hands-on materials, along with communication supports that allow for students with special needs to learn about the dangers of abuse. Songs and stories, using repetition and familiar language help students differentiate between safe and unsafe touch.

Be Seen and Heard© for Spanish Speaking Students

Access to the online video presentations and activities for teaching and raising awareness. Two presentations have been appropriately translated into Spanish and designed for the following age groups: K-1-2 / 3-4

PARENT PRESENTATION

Reminder: If you choose NOT to host a "Live Stream Parent Night", Childhood Victories will provide a link to the ā€œPeace of Mindā€ video for your parents.

Be Seen and Heard© Peace of Mind Live Stream presentation

In this meeting, a certified Childhood Victories presenter will give an overview of the Be Seen and Heard© curriculum. The presenter will walk the parents/guardians through how the curriculum changes at different grade levels.

The presenter will also share how healthy conversations on this topic can be introduced at home. The overall goal is to help children stay safe from unsafe touch and encourage them not to keep unsafe secrets of any kind.

The district will also receive a pre-recorded video link that can be shared with the parents/guardians in the event they do not attend the parent presentation.
