This agreement is between your school/district and Childhood Victories, Inc.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Childhood Victories, Inc. will present a program/curriculum [listed on this landing page] for your school/district for the current school year. Childhood Victories Inc. will provide materials for teachers and parents use only. All materials and curriculum are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced. Sharing with anyone other than the contracted school educators and parents of the students in the contracted school is prohibited unless specified in the materials or in writing from Childhood Victories, Inc.

PAYMENT
If licensing the online curriculum, your school/district must pay the full amount before gaining access to the curriculum.

AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
 - Your school/district may NOT record all or part of presentation unless it's first discussed with and approved by the Childhood Victories, Inc.
